CHECK IN
The apartments are delivered from 14.00 on Saturday of arrival, but already from 11.00 we start with the practices of check in at Residence Lores 2.
It is necessary at the time of booking to provide personal data of all participants, to ensure a fast check in.
The keys are delivered between 14.00 and 19.00.
The balance of the apartment must be paid 14 days before arrival by credit card or bank transfer.
The deposit and the tourist tax must be paid in cash upon arrival.
The apartments are not equipped with bed linen and towels, which must be brought from home or rented on site.
LATE CHECK IN
For those arriving after 19.00 on Saturday or during the week when our office is closed, there is still the possibility of withdrawing the keys at a cost of € 50.00.
It is necessary to inform us before 18.00 at 0463-796242, to check all your personal data and to communicate if you intend to rent towels and bed linen at a cost of € 13 per package, which is not provided, and / or any crib, so we will find them in the apartment.
The keys will be left at the restaurant dai Angioi, which remains open until 23.00. The person who will give you the keys, will collect the deposit and will give you directions to reach the apartment.
OFFICE HOURS
On Saturday you will find us at Residence Lores 2 from 08.00 to 9.30 and from 11.00 to 19.00.
On Sunday we are open from 10.00 to 12.30 at Residence Lores 2.
From Monday to Friday we are open from 9.00 to 12.30 and from 14.00 to 18.00 and you will find us across the street at Residence Abete.
CHECK OUT
For departures on the day of check out you will find us at Residence Lores 2 from 08.00 to 09.30.
You must leave the apartment without garbage, with the dishes washed and the blankets folded.
Any linen rented must be returned at check out.
EARLIER CHECK OUT
For departures during the night, or at times when the office is closed, upon agreement, we can send you the deposit by bank transfer.
For departures during the previous days is sufficient to notify a day in advance.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
It is possible to cancel the reservation and get back the amount paid if you cancel at least 50 days before the day of arrival.
It is possible to cancel the reservation and freeze the amount paid, to use it on another date, if you cancel at least 20 days before the day of arrival.
You lose the amount paid if you cancel with less than 20 days notice.

  • If there are reasons of force majeure related to the Corona Virus up to 24 hours before arrival, it is always guaranteed, at no additional cost, the possibility to freeze the amount paid against another date (the payment will be valid for a period of your choice in the coming seasons)
