- THE OBJECTIVES OF PROCESSING DATA /LEGAL BASE: The legal foundation of the collection and archiving of your data is your consensus and is implemented for the following reasons: the management of clients and suppliers, maintaing controls of internal analysis, management of consultancy services, assistance and support, the forwarding of informative educational, commercial and fiscal communications, contractual obligations, management of attributed activities requested.
- RECIPIENTS OF DATA: To achieve the purposes indicated above it might be necessary for the company to communicate your Personal Data to the following categories of recipients: partners, consultancies, legal institutions, banks, insurance companies. As the responsibilty of the Data Controller your data will not in any way be released or spread. The responsible and designated persons appointed can be immediately identified in the document pertaining to the management of the data which is adjourned and updated every year end.

- CONSERVATION PERIOD: The data collected will be conserved for a period not superior to the acquisition of the process for which they have been executed (“limit of conservation art:5 GDPR) and/or on the base of the expiry date expected by the legislation in force. Each year end a check on the obsolescence of the data is verified.
- THE RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT: Each person concerned always has the right to access his or her data, the amendment or cancellation of the same, the limit of processing the data, the right to request a restriction of the processing of the data (in accordance with the GDPR) by communicating with the Data Controller.
- OBLIGATION/NON OBLIGATION OF THE PROVISION DATA: We inform you that the provision of data requested or acquired is indispensible for the discharge of the above named obligations and in the case of missing consensus could result in a contract not being executed.
- AUTOMATED PROCESSING: Data will not be used for direct marketing or profiling.
- MODALITY OF DATA PROCESSING: Personal data supplied by you will form the object of the processing operation within the legislative boundaries mentioned above and the discrtionary and privacy instilled by the Data Controller.
